We manufacture panel space heaters, panel heaters, panel space heaters, electrical panel heaters in different ratings and sizes for enclosures & switch boards. The heaters are certified for endurance and anti-vibration by ERTL. The heaters have the following characteristics: • Insulation level: 2 KV for 1 min • Standard power tolerance : ± 3% Construction: • Body made of thick aluminum sheet & coated with HTR coating • High quality Kanthal resistance material is used as heating element. • Mica is used for optimum insulation. • Resistance element and insulation are held tight in between aluminum parts and squeezed Advantages: • Close tolerance of electrical rating • Quick and uniform heating • Fast dissipation of heat into air • Withstands much higher degree of mechanical shock and vibration • Very good insulation resistance even in extreme humid conditions • Elevated body for easy passage of heat directly to air, without heating panel body |
