We manufacture Panel Space Heaters, panel heaters, panel space heaters, electrical panel heaters in different ratings and sizes for enclosures & switch boards. The heaters are certified for endurance and anti-vibration by ERTL.

The heaters have the following characteristics:

· Insulation level: 2 KV for 1 min

· Standard power tolerance : ± 3%

Construction:

· Body made of anodized heat sink grade extruded aluminium

· High quality Kanthal resistance material is used as heating element

· Mica is used for optimum insulation

· Resistance element and insulation are held tight in between aluminum parts and squeezed

Advantages:

· Close tolerance of electrical rating

· Quick and uniform heating

· Fast dissipation of heat into air

· Withstands much higher degree of mechanical shock and vibration

· Very good insulation resistance even in extreme humid conditions

· Elevated body for easy passage of heat directly to air, without heating panel body
