Our stem type thermostats are available with custom made fixing brackets. Backed by our sophisticated research and development unit we are able to design and develop our stem type thermostat with various temperature ranges, stem lengths & fixing brackets.

• Temperature Ranges available: 25 - 75 ° C, 30 - 90 °C.
• Tolerance on Operating Temperature: Within ±6 °C.

Panel Space Heaters & Enclosure Heaters

We manufacture panel space heaters, panel heaters, panel space heaters, electrical panel heaters in different ratings and sizes for enclosures & switch boards. The heaters are certified for endurance and anti-vibration by ERTL.

The heaters have the following characteristics:
• Insulation level: 2 KV for 1 min
• Standard power tolerance : ± 3%

Construction:

• Body made of thick aluminum sheet & coated with HTR coating
• High quality Kanthal resistance material is used as heating element.
• Mica is used for optimum insulation.
• Resistance element and insulation are held tight in between aluminum parts and squeezed

Advantages:

• Close tolerance of electrical rating
• Quick and uniform heating
• Fast dissipation of heat into air
• Withstands much higher degree of mechanical shock and vibration
• Very good insulation resistance even in extreme humid conditions
• Elevated body for easy passage of heat directly to air, without heating panel body
